Return Process

  Log into your Imagine Online account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific device.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, chargers, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier location and use the provided tracking link to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
